Cabin on 80 acre farm with donkeys, cows and goats

Cannon Farm is a 80-acre working farm. donkeys, cows, and goats to feed and pet. A very nice trail that takes you to a beautiful pond nestled in the woods, a picnic bench is there to rest or have lunch. Cabin is 2-bedroom 1 bath with all the amenities. We supply coffee with the fixings and fresh eggs from our chickens (when they are laying) amazing front porch to enjoy the sunrise and back patio for evening BBQ and firepit. (wood is supplied) we love to give tours of the farm on our 4-seat kabuto. (when we are around, which is most of the time)

Amazing, beautifully furnished. Everything we needed for our stay. We had fun with the farm animals, especially the donkeys. As noted, the roads near by are very narrow. This location was perfect for things we did in the area in Lexington, Paris and other smaller towns. Communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful scenery

Our family had an amazing time staying here. The farm was beautiful-especially the walk to the pond-amazing views! The house is adorable and decorated perfectly. The farm fresh eggs were also the perfect touch. We are already hoping to come back to stay next year.

Can’t imagine anywhere better!

Over the top accommodations, all the amenities and animals too! Our stay was brief but beautiful. Our 10 year old grandson had plenty to keep himself busy while the adults enjoyed a pleasant evening outside around the fire. The hosts were friendly and eager to help us enjoy their farm. Just doesn’t get better!

My wife and I had a great time at Maureen and Tim’s place. It was as advertised and is very deserving of its 5 star rating. It was clean, nicely decorated, and very quiet and peaceful. Added bonus, feeding the goats and pigs! We look forward to going back in the fall and seeing the beauty of this area

Peaceful and Serene

What a treat to be able to stay at Cannon Farms while in the area visiting The Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter. Maureen and Tim were gracious hosts ensuring our time on the farm would be memorable. From the fresh eggs to a private tour of the property to meeting and feeding all the animals…all helped make our visit one we will never forget. The beautiful home was off the beaten path but easy to find. It was well stocked with amenities both inside and out. We loved being greeted each morning by donkeys braying and a rooster crowing and being able to see stunning sunrises from the front porch. Cannon Farms does not disappoint. We would highly recommend for those who want a place to rest and relax while in the area.

Wonderful, peaceful place

Beautiful place, very clean. Love the granite countertop in the kitchen! The very nice bathroom was well stocked with plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plenty of towels for our group of 5. Beds comfy & used the pull-out bed in living room. We didn’t get to the eggs but they were in the fridge. The only reason I gave 4 stars on location was it was quite a long, winding drive to the home but it’s worth it. So peaceful and the cute, gray kitty was our greeter. Would recommend future guests bring groceries and/or a pizza & drinks, it’s a ways back to town or a restaurant if ur hungry! Thanks Maureen for a wonderful stay!

The cabin and the property or exceptional. It's a beautiful farm with a walking trail. The dogs absolutely love it. The livestock come out to visit you in the mornings and the evenings. The host leaves you food to be able to feed them. The hosts are amazing. I cannot say enough good about this property. It is beautiful

This was my second stay in this cabin and everything was perfect. It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Sitting on the front porch watching the deer in the field and drinking coffee was the highlight of our mornings and afternoons. We all had an enjoyable time. We enjoyed the farm fresh eggs every morning, they were delicious. The kids and I enjoyed feeding the animals. Thank you for all the food to feed them. Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It is even better in person. Very clean and well stocked with gorgeous views from the front porch. The hosts even provided fresh eggs and butter in the fridge. We saw animals daily right behind the cabin and our corgi really enjoyed all the freedom to roam on the farm. Tim and Maureen are hands down the nicest hosts I have ever encountered at a VRBO, I cannot recommend them enough. I would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place inside and out. We loved the cabin so nice and comfortable decorated beautifully. Outside was just as wonderful we got to pet the donkeys and see the cows took a nature walk with our pups and saw deer in the meadow. We will stay again

Great country stay

I don’t know too many places where you can wake up and have 2 donkeys and 2 cows right at your back yard. The place is just as described and very clean! Our dogs loved the freedom and space.
