Second bedroom has its own outdoor entrance and you do not access from the main house. Not an issue for us, but something to consider if you are bringing children.

Thank you for the review and glad you had a great time, Please come back again.
We booked to be at the lake with friends who have campers and condos near by. The location was great. We could hear the live music from Cowboys from the deck. The dock was great for friends to come by boat and hang out. The house was so cute with lots of great decor.

Not sure if I would stay again.
Here are a list of the pro's for the property:
1) Location is on the main channel and the views are outstanding. Really enjoyed the screened area to enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery.
2) Price point for the property is comparable to hotels in the area so why rent a hotel when you can rent a home.
3) The Internet speed is superb, and the home comes with Ruko to watch TV or movies.
The downside of the property:
1) The home was fairly clean, but the HVAC systems duct work was filled with dust. It bothered our allergies every day so if you have allergies this is not the place for you.
2) The house has a weird smell hard to describe but it hits you the moment you walk in the house.
3) The kitchen sink had no hot water, so it makes it difficult to sanitize cooking utensils.
4) No outside light which makes it very hard to find on arrival so recommend arriving during daylight. The front porch light does not work at all so it's hard to see in front of the house.
5) The hot tub fiber glass seems to be peeling off in the hot tub and you can fill it in the water and on the seated areas.
6) The living room pic shows a black or dark brown leather sofa and it's not there so seating is limited to four people max. Something to be aware of if you have a family of more than four.
7) The second bedroom is completely separate from the main house, and you have to walk outside to get to it. Not a big deal for us since it was only me and my spouse but something to be aware of.

A cozy location that could be greatly improved with a few changes.
The cabin itself is cozy and comfortable however the property is misrepresented somewhat online. The picture of the dock extending out to the water implying that you have the opportunity to be anywhere near the water is misleading. The dock has collapsed and is roped off. You cannot get within 15 ft of the water unless you walk through the mud.
We were never able to get the TVs to work. We tried connecting them to the cabin Wi-Fi but only received errors when trying to log into our streaming services. It appears that this cabin might even have cable TV service but it never worked.
The walk from the driveway to the front door is pitch black at night. There are four solar lights none of which work and one main patio light that was burned out. We had to use flashlights or our phones to safely navigate to the front door.
We did try to contact management about some of these things but that proved to be almost impossible. The automated phone system would only talk to you if you knew the first two letters of somebody's last name. If not it promptly hung up on you. No voicemail no sorry you've called after hours, it just hangs up on you.
The outdoor patio and deck are nicely decorated with lights but the ones on the upstairs outer deck require you to bring your own extension cord to plug them in and only half of the ones on the outdoor screened-in porch work.
The fact that one of the bedrooms is outdoors was not an issue for us but it did not seem well represented in the posting

Best regards,
This house is not as described on the website. It is Nasty!
The house is not what is described online. The bedrooms are divided by 2 doors. You must go out into the cold weather through the porch, up steps to get to the second room. The king bed is 2 twin beds pushed together. NO warm blankets for the cold nights. The heater does not work great in the outdoor room. The hot tub is down stairs under a deck that looks like it will fall in. The hot tub was not filled with water and no lights down stairs so can not be used at night. The fire pit was a waste. A pile of metal. The kitchen was GROSS my husband cleaned it before we cooked our first meal. The stove was horrible. The dishes are all old and not a compete set of anything. The rugs on the floor are old, flimsy and will make you trip when walking through the living room. I fell twice, we finally just picked them up and walked around on the cold floor. The AC/heat is locked where you can not control the temperature in the house. Do not book here...EVER. I COULD go on and On!!

Sorry you had and issue, I do not see where you contacted us to report anything while staying. You were given a courtesy call and did not say anything was wrong. If you would have let us know we could have fixed your issue.
Perfect location for a getaway...within minutes to the huddle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but also peaceful and quiet when at property! Would come back and stay longer next time.
