Had a great stay at a super convenient location. Only possible complaint would be some pump that goes on and off with the water makes it hard to sleep in when people start to wake

Be prepared if you go when it's very hot that there is AC in the bedrooms only. The loft has a window unit however it doesn't seem to keep up very well (but keep in mind when we were there it was in the 90s!)

We really enjoyed this comfortable and clean stay. I also like that it was not in the heart of deadwood as we aren’t into gambling. Had no problems with check-in and communication with the owner went very well. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the Black Hills area.
