Unpacking is easy in this single-level home. All the rooms are conveniently located on one level, including the bedrooms. The primary king suite boasts deck access to Gulf views and en suite full bathroom. Two more bedrooms are down the hall - one queen and one bunk room - with a convenient full bathroom in between.
Step onto the deck, and soak in the panoramic Gulf views. You’ll love the front row seats to dolphins jumping in the surf and the convenience of sunbathing from the comfort of your vacation rental.

PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Parking is not permitted under the home/past the roped-off area. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

Nice house right on the beach. Just take a few steps and toes are in the sand. Also nice that it’s at the end of the street, so there wasn’t much traffic. Great layout for family with kids - bunk room was great.

This beach house was right on the beach with great view of the beach.
Well equiped with a myriad of mostly non matching utensils. The beds were comfortable,lots of towels and wash cioths.Bedrooms good sized;living room and dining area relatively small.Four nice tvs with cable.
The deck could use some refinishing.
We had a problem with appliaces.The very nice refrigerator was not working when we arrived and we were given an old beat up temporariy replacement for most of the first week; they eventually got the refridgerator repaired.
The second week,the dishwasher stopped and garbage dispoal stopped working; they fixed the garbage disposal,but they never fixed the dishwasher.
I woul have given 4 stars,but because of the problems with the appliances,I subtracted one star.

All of the appliances were newly installed in January 2022, but we strongly suspect that a power surge hit the house since the technician ended up replacing multiple circuit boards and a fan motor. We know how important vacation time is, and apologize that the failures happened during your stay. We appreciate your patience, and hope to see you back at Better at the Beach again in the future!

If your wanting a home right on the beach front this is it.
The amenities were all good and in working condition except the light over the stovetop needs replacing.The living room furniture could use some updating due to comfort.We put up some umbrellas on the front porch since there was no shade there but the fun colored chairs were nice to sit in and watch the waves.
All in all it was a nice home for just the 4 of us that stayed there for about a week.😎
It would have been nice to have a covered area on the front porch for shade but the porch chairs were enjoyable.
