About this property

Direct Oceanfront 1st Floor Condo! Steps from the sand!!

Clean, beautiful and all the comforts of home. 2 bedroom/1 bath condo with the ocean so close you can almost touch it! A 20 foot balcony gives you the best seat in the house for sunrises, sunsets and dolphin viewing.

Master bedroom is on ocean side. The second bedrroom has a queen bed .A walk-in shower/water closet is between the two.

A fully furnished kitchen means you don't have to eat out every meal...unless you like to eat outside on the great balcony.

A wonderful place to get away and relax in the sun and surf. You can go to the Amelia Island Ritz Carlton for a massage or shop in Old Town Fernandina, explore Fort Clinch or watch for submarines leaving Kings Bay. End your days at one of the many fine eating establishments.

The guest notebook in the unit provides you with lots of options to explore.

You will leave recharged and relaxed!

We had a great 4-night stay at the condo, no issues whatsoever. A couple of restaurants, as well as Main Beach Park, are within easy walking distance. Michael responded quickly to a couple of questions we had - good communications. We'd definitely stay here again!

It was excellent all the way around…very clean…cozy and many comforts provided. The only issue is the parking is a bit limit but the unit and location is top notch. Thank you for sharing your home.

My husband, two teenage daughters and myself spent a long weekend at this condo. It was perfect for the four of us. The host went above and beyond with supplying coffee, some snacks and drinks to get us started, as well as dishwasher soap pods, and bathroom supplies.The view from this condo was beautiful. We were very comfortable there. From this location, we could go on beach walks and bike rides.

Peaceful perfection on the beach!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time staying here over the July 4th holiday! The condo had a perfect view of the ocean and we loved that it was literally steps to the waves! The owners were so communicative with every question we had and the condo itself was thoughtfully appointed. It was perfection and we look forward to staying there again in the future!

Outstanding Stay in Fernandina Beach

This is a great rental in the Fernandina Beach area. The rental has an incredible view of the beach area, is newly renovated, wonderfully decorated, and well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our 12-night stay. There is a direct view of the beach/ocean from the balcony as well as the main bedroom and living/kitchen area. The sunrises are beautiful! The decor is very inviting and restful. The walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and separate handheld attachment were great! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice having 2 TVs as we watched separate shows in the evening. The beach is a short walk, through a private access gate, and there’s a rinse-off station to get most of the sand off after being at the beach. Vehicles are not allowed to drive on this section of beach, so we felt very safe on the beach. We found shark teeth on the beach! Two of our favorite restaurants, Salt Life and Sandbar, are just up the street. Downtown Fernandina Beach is 5 minutes away and we spent several hours strolling the streets and going into the shops. Egan’s Creek Greenway trails for walking and biking are about 5 minutes away and we saw alligators, birds, and turtles. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again! Also, check for dates/times of SpaceX launches as we saw one go by at around 6 am one morning…very cool!

We love the beach. We have always wanted a home near the beach. This is close enough to home for a quick get away.

What makes this property unique

We are directly on the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing from the den and master bedroom. Our part of the beach is not over-run with people. You can sit on the porch and feel like you are on the beach. We love to watch the dolphins swim up and down the beach. We have even seen baby sea turtles returning to the ocean. No cars are allowed on this end of the beach which makes it safe for your children to play in the sand. Tranquil and beautiful!
