Cozy place in Ephrata-close to Lititz Railtrail

Enjoy this fresh space with Turkish rugs, lots of windows, cozy bedding, and a 'smart' tv. We have what you need to make a good meal or a great cup of coffee/espresso. Enjoy a walk to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and even live theater at EPAC. There is a linear park (rail) trail very close by for walks, jogging, or biking. There is a seasonal bike rental shed at the trail parking lot! If you'd like more excitement, Lancaster, Hershey, the outlets, and 'Amish' attractions are only 15-40min. away.Its a great space perfect for 2-4 people. The couch in the living room could be used to 'spread out' if needed. The floor above and below is occupied by our family, and there is potential for noise from either floor, except during quiet hours. There is a small covered front porch to enjoy the weather and a back entrance as well. Both are private for guests only and are on the ground floor. An AC unit is provided seasonally and is placed in the living room, so bedroom doors will need to stay open in order to be cooled fully. There are 4 extra fans provided as well. We provide 1 parking space behind the garage, on the property. Other vehicles can be parked just up the street or in the well-lit public rail-trail lot 1/2 block behind the property. Please remember there is no smoking anywhere on our property.
There is a fire station just half a block away. They don't often run their sirens at night, but they do use sirens to call firemen and on the way to their call.
The last full week of September is the local fair. Wednesday of that week, a parade goes past the house and the road is closed from 5-10pm. The fair rides are just a block away and there might be some noise from that.
