Live car-free and carefree at Vanderbilt Beach in Naples, FL. This quintessential beach home is less than 1 mile walking to the beach.
Brand new 6' deep 28x14 salt water pool and spa and the backyard includes a sunshelf with in water loungers.
Back yard is a true oasis, fully fenced in and very private. The property offers plenty of shade underneath our Avocado and Mango trees or relaxing under the umbrella in the sun shelf IN THE POOL, property features propane webber bbq grill to truly take advantage of this wonderful outdoor lifestyle.
Heat for the Spa (in ground hot tub is included in the price) The pool is not typically heated and is quite refreshing. It can be heated to 79 degrees. For an additional $35/ day or $180/week fee.
The inside open kitchen is great of entertaining friends and family too with new refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, new LG washer/dryer and fully equipped for a fun vacation.
Fully remodeled Master Bedroom and Bath. The entire home is freshly painted inside and out with all new cleaning fans, true hardwood custom closets, and smart Nest A/C technology. Master bedroom has king bed. Second Bedroom has queen bed. Third Bedroom has Bunk bed twin over full w/ a pull out trundle full bed as well. Each bedroom has two sets light canceling blinds and curtains, so be prepared to sleep in and unwind in this peaceful setting.
The whole house is set up to encourage true relaxation and fun.

Naples Park is one of the most exceptional neighborhoods in Naples because of its location. We are under a mile to some of the most gorgeous beaches in all of Florida. We are surrounded by world class dining, and shopping at places such as Waterside shops, Mercado, Venetian Village and super markets like Whole foods, Trader Joe, Publix, Walmart, Target and many more. And we are short drive to 5th Avenue, and all that downtown naples has to offer.

The location close location to the beach and everything great Naples has to offer in unbeatable. Fantastic private outdoor space included a rare full sized pool w/ heated spa. Incredible open floor plan living, dining, kitchen area w/ oversized island and BBQ set up. Screened-in shaded covered linai with full outdoor dining table. We can't wait to share this incredible experience with you!
