Pool was dirty, spa power was turned off, once on spa still did not work. Backyard furniture was old non functional. Multiple old grills that did not look like they worked. Terrible sewer smell in the backyard. Would not stay here again.

Excellent place

Nice place to stay for a getaway! Close to everything in town. Owner was easy to work with and did allow us to check in early which nice since we were coming in from out of town. Nice pool to lounge around in too.

The hosts answered all our questions, and were quick to respond. The house was very comfortable, and well stocked. Lovely towels are provided for outside and in. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook our own meals. We enjoyed pretending I knew how to play pool!! The hot tub was really lovely to use at night and enjoy the big sky at Lake Havasu. House is located in a quiet place, and easy access to a lot of the events in Jan and Feb. We were pretty thrilled during the Balloon Fest, several went right over the house! There is a little nook at the front door, perfect for afternoon cocktails and sunset viewings. This was a lovely place for us to get away from rainy season at home! Thanks!
Me in the front yard, with balloons coming our way!
View from the front of the house
Enjoying the pool table in the living area!
I could add tons of pictures of sunsets! So pretty and lovely to watch it set. One of my favorite views from the house.

Perfect

Beautiful home, well kept, very friendly hosts, Lori and Gary were the best and very helpful, quiet neighborhood, saw lots of quail and a road runner. Spa was just what was needed after walking around the swap meet. Had fun learning to play pool at night, which I am very bad at. We'll be back you two.

Comfortable accommodations

The washer did not work and the dryer had a loose knob. Otherwise, everything was fine. We wish the washer could have been fixed while we were there. We enjoyed the spa. Thank you.

Hi Bob and Vickie, We do apologize about the washer and dryer. We did try to get Lowes to replace the washer but understand the inconvenience of not having it available. We are glad you enjoyed the spa and other amenities.

Mothers day

Not bad. Little bummed when we found out about the hot tub. You have to pay for the heating.

Started off when we pulled up to find trash cans scattered at the street. Then the advertised boat parking was not available. Had two boats there. Then the code to get into the house was received only a few minutes prior to check and it was to a key box. Guess what, no key inside. Standing outside with luggage and groceries in 105 degrees temperatures and the host not answering the phone. Finally called back at 4:12 not understanding why there was no key. Asked us to wait even longer while he checked with the house keeper. I mentioned seeing another lock box at which time he gave me the code and got a key. House hot with no air on. No Wi-Fi or internet. Had to give another 50 deposit to use the hot tub of which no direction how to use. Finally get the directions but the heater would not work. Lots of apologies but that doesn’t help with the stay. The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Beds comfortable. Not what I thought I booked. Disappointing stay. No book of how to operate items in the house. Won’t stay there again.

Response from VrboOwner on 26 May 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences during your stay. The trash cans should have been brought in by housekeeping after pickup, and we were unfortunately unaware that our co-owner had left an additional boat in the parking space. We also apologize for the check-in confusion. The delay was less than 10 minutes after check-in time, and we were not aware the key had been removed from the lockbox, as it appears it may have accidentally been locked inside the home. Regarding the spa, both housekeeping and the pool technician both checked and were able to operate it successfully, though we understand waiting for it to heat up was frustrating. For the internet, we did troubleshoot with you, but unfortunately we later learned that nearby construction had completely disconnected service to the home until Optimum restored it Sunday. We do appreciate your comments about the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and neighborhood, and we’re sorry the stay did not fully meet your expectations.
