Our condo is a very spacious (~1,300 sf) direct oceanfront unit at one of Cocoa Beach's finest resort destinations! Sandcastles is located right on the beach with exceptional complex amenities, and offers the space, privacy and location that will make for a great vacation!

This condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, or for a fun-filled family vacation. Comfortable sleeping for 6 with all the comforts of your own home including fresh pillows and quality linens & towels.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the open concept and spacious dining and living room. The living room has comfortable seating for six with a HDTV. The condo has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There's also a closet filled with beach accessories for your enjoyment.

We have been coming to Cocoa Beach for the last 15 years in the same location and we try this condo for the first time and we loved it! Clean, well equiped, with a lot of stuff for the beach. Pool is clean. View is amazing. Beach is one step away. Close to anything in Cocoa Beach. Perfect stay for us.

This property was one of the best ones we have stayed at in this building. We have stayed here before, but never in this unit. The unit was well stocked, it also had a great private balcony. The kitchen is expanded. so you have more kitchen space than other units. A/C and WiFi worked well, TVs were solid, utilities were no issue. Great communication with the Owner. Strongly consider this unit for your beach stay. Yes, it's a direct view of the beach, a strong selling point.

Great Find

We needed a place to stay for just a couple of days before we went to Disney World. I wanted to be right by the ocean. The condo is perfect and right by the beach. It is clean and the host is responsive. The town has some great food and coffee shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent beach condo

This was perfect for our family of five to enjoy some beach days. Great location not far from the Orlando airport and Kennedy Space Center. Very clean, plenty of room, everything we needed for beach days, streaming TV service.

Excellent Property and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious, clean, and very well appointed. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. We hit the beach every day. The location is close to Restaurant's and shopping. The Kennedy Space Center and the Disney theme parks are a short drive away. A beautiful property and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Perfect get-away

Excellent property --was exactly as advertised. Our host was incredible! This was my first experience with VRBO. It was extremely difficult to establish my account but fortunately through your customer service I was able to get contact information for my host and we communicated directly he was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing Visit

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo. The view is spectacular. The condo is beautiful. There are so many good restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and family activities. We flew into Orlando and it took only 50 minutes to get to the coast. We witnessed two rocket launches from both our balcony and the beach in front of the condo. The pool was nice and warm. Florida in February is Fabulous!

Couldn't have had a better time!

This was our first time to Cocoa Beach, and we had a great stay! We were only at the condo for 3 nights because we flew in early to go on a cruise, but this property was absolutely AMAZING. Lots of pros: - It was easy to reach Rob, the host - The views were amazing, you open the condo door to the ocean in front of you. - There were tons of "extras" that we didn't necessarily have to spend money on -- shampoo, detergent, spices, literally the cupboards were full of non-perishable items we would usually purchase at the store. -I really liked the security, you have to enter a code to get onto the elevator, so not just anyone could come upstairs. The beach access and pool both require a key, but is typically left ajar for residents during the day.-It was very quiet, didn't hear the neighbors at all (if they were even there)- ALL THE BEACH STUFF!!! This is actually why we initially chose this rental because we have 3 kiddos (two are toddlers) and we didn't want to haul all our beach stuff in a plane! It came with tons of beach chairs, a wagon, boogie boards, sand toys for the littles, LOTS of sunscreen. The only con I can think of is just the amount of time it took for the elevator during the day... and the trash chute was broken when we were there, but it was easy to just carry our trash outside to the dumpster when we were leaving for dinner at night. We will definitely be back, great updated property, super clean and the host was awesome!
