The space
This family friendly house is located near three wonderful beaches in San Juan, Puerto Rico in the beachfront Punta Las Marias neighborhood.The reclaimed land that used to be the mangroves sanctuary. The structure of a house is a custom-designed concrete module used since the 1970s with accentuated high ceilings, ample tiled terrace to enjoy equatorial ocean breeze evenings. This house near the beaches is fully fenced in and safe for families with kids and pets. The beachfront neighborhood is famous for its beaches, restaurants, bars and metropolitan public residential housing complex with live bands concerts and fireworks during Christmas and New year's traditional festivities. The island vibes are exhilarating from sunset to sunrise!

Welcome to the beach 'Playero' house near the best beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where you will feel at home and will sleep heavenly! Easy self-check in with lockbox on the left behind the second gate. Huge covered parking for your vehicle.
I'll be there assisting you with all of my attention to assure restful and enjoyable stay! One bedroom has two XL-twin-sized beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed, upon your request.
Other things to note
One room has two XL-twin beds, which I can turn into a king bed , upon your request. I have supplied beach, recreational and educational entertainment.Please, don't get scared of occasional garden insects,- it's difficult to avoid them in the tropics completely in the casa- terrera,house on the ground, despite weekly treatments😁. Minor rust on metal is due to a 250meters proximity to the ocean.
I truly strive for your stay to be 5 stars, full of memorable experiences and much needed rest!

Home away from home

Comfortable, spacious and safe house close to everything we needed during our stay in San Juan. We loved hanging out on the lanai, exploring the local beaches and watching the neighborhood chickens. The house is well stocked, and the host was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

What a lovely casa and location!

Natalyia was such a gracious host and had us feeling right at home. Super cute house with gated yard. Very seclusive and private. SHe had everything you could need while on vacation including towels, beach coolers and snorkel gear! Her property is close to everything and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and nitelife! This is our new destination house for our next trip to Puerto Rico!

Great launching point to PR

Clean house, plenty of sand toys and boogie boards for the kids to play at the beach. We loved being able to walk to "Civi, Isle Verde" about 10 minutes away, really great beach with a rock barrier to the open ocean so its safe. We were there over a holiday so a lot of the local stores weren't open. Loved the front porch that had cozy seating, lots of candles to light, and a nice evening breeze.

Birthday get away!

Great place to stay. The host was awesome. She was very attentive when I left messages she replied, call she’d call back no matter what. Areas called you can walk to the beach but it’s not a place you could sit on a stand. You will have to walk through a little pathway but you still are on the beach. As all the cooking amenities you would ever want. House was clean area was clean. She provided swim gear. I had a washer and dryer cleaning supplies seasoning, coffee she had everything. I advise anywhere you going that’s unknown to you that you do your research.

Home away from home in an ideal area!

The property was very spacious with enough beds to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The check in process was very straightforward and the property owner was responsive to any questions we had. The area of Isla Verde where the property is located is a hidden gem, with beautiful beaches just 10 minutes away. Great food options and late night spots just a few blocks down the street. I felt safe the entire time even when I was out late at night, on top of that the police station is on the same street just a block to the right of the property. I felt at home immediately and the outdoor patio area is amazing. There are a lot of chickens but thats puerto rico, its not a property thing. All of 6 of us got used to the crow of the rooster and it didnt bother us. I guess its more of an issue if you are a very light sleeper. Highly recommend this property to families and friend trips because the location is premier, considering how close it is to everything and considering how isla verde is a hidden gem!
