This cheerfully renovated 1950's cottage is set on a 55 acre horse farm in in the heart of Washington, Virginia. The farm is home to horses, abundant wildlife, a natural spring fed pond, and views of the blue ridge mountain range. Here you can enjoy scenic Rappahannock County in a charming and cozy home just minutes from the world renowned Inn at Little Washington, Shenandoah National Park, hiking trails, skyline drive and more.
Located in Virginia’s Piedmont region, lush and scenic Rappahannock County is made up of several towns including Little Washington, Sperryville and Flint Hill, making it an easy getaway destination for anyone living in the Nation’s Capital. Take advantage of 3 Michelin starred restaurant Inn at Little Washington, local Wineries, nature paths and overlooks, tubing on the Shenandoah river and much much more.
To get around the area guests will need a car. Parking is done by pulling right up onto the grass and parking in front of the home.
