Our keypad did not work to start off. Our door was stuck we couldn’t get in, we had seven people in our room with us, ran out of hot water after the third person took a shower, it is definitely a pet friendly resort. We are extremely allergic to cats and dogs, and we flared up because somebody had a cat in the room before us. The master bathroom does not have a tub. It is showers only.
