Cozy condo, walking distance to trails, shops, restaurants, fitness center.

It was unfortunate that the guest found the water in the pool to be too cold. I did reach out to the HOA manager who said I was the first and only complaint they had received. Their policy is not to heat the pool in the summer months as Grand Junction temps run uppers 90's to over 100 thru the summer months. They are now running the heater as the temps are cooling to the mid 80's.and low 90's This was also the first time anyone in the 2.5 years I've owned this apartment complained about the pool in any way. I felt bad for our guest, so I looked into our community pool and paid their entrance fees for the last 2 days of their 4 day stay. In hopes to improve their experience. Sadly, this left still left a bad taste for them. I have no control of when the heaters are turned on at the pool. A side note I never advertised that the pool was heated.

We are sorry you smelled an odor in the main building. That is highly unusual as most of our guest have commentned on the cleanliness of the building. I hope you didn't give us the lowest score that we have ever received because we were not able to refund your trip when you ask if you could cancel.at the last minute. I explained that we could offer a partial credit on a future stay.. The only ordor that we have ever smelled in the building comes from the laundry room close by. Generally a dryer sheet smell. So sorry if you found that offensive. We gave you a good rating even though the apartment was not left as clean as it could have been. The dinning room table was full of crumbs and some other miscellaneous things. Take care
