Very nice. Can use a few more cooking utensil's (another large skillet) and another electrical receptacle in the kitchen. Air conditioner works great!!!

Cleaning and linens

We had to clean and sanitize all surfaces and floors except for a bathroom. Old mildew smelling hand towels were left at the kitchen sink. Drain was full of I don't know what. Bathroom sink and tub didn't drain well. We did not get notice about linens, apparently the terms changed 2 days after we booked so it would've cost extra. It was also another fee just to use the parking garage. For such a large building and 7 nights at the price we paid I expected better. Not worth the price! All in all we were happy to be on vacation and at the beach just happy with our place.

Family vacation

Overall we had a very good experience with our rental. This was our first time staying there. It was 3 adults and 3 children. They loved the pools and being able to walk right to the beach without crossing the street. We would stay here again.

Not cleaned well!

Coffee maker had grounds in it, light bulbs out, clothes left in dresser from previous tenant, bar of soap left in shower, dead bugs around windows, clothes drying rack broken on balcony, a big moth found on the bed, bedroom with carpet not vacuumed, etc. With all these things wrong, we didn’t feel confident that “extra” cleaning and disinfecting was done to prevent Corona, so we wasted the first couple hours of our vacation cleaning and disinfecting.

All was good. Nice place. Having to go to pick up keys was inconvenient. Other than that, would definitely consider staying here again. The grounds keepers at sea Watch do a FANTASTIC JOB keeping the place nice.

Almost Perfect

Very pleased with this unit. It was true to its pictures and was very clean. The complex had many amenities that we could enjoy during our stay and it was very well-kept. I gave it 4/5 stars because our wifi was not set up correctly and we received little help from staff, also we were not informed we had to pay $40 for parking when we first got there. Other than that, this place was a very good choice and we would definitely stay here again!

We are very glad you enjoyed your stay! Usually what we have to do for WiFi is call the owner, but we are not always able to get in touch with them and sometimes more pressing matters get in the way (i.e. no A/C). The registration fee is listed on your contract, as well as on the emails we send out. Usually we also notify you over the phone as well.

Great property and location

This was a great rental experience and since there were no previous reviews I was nervous but the pictures of the balcony area as well as the kiddie pool sold me! I traveled with my husband and our 18 month old daughter, although this property could have easily slept 4-6 more adults. Two bathrooms were excellent and we had lots of room to sprawl out. I brought tons of cleaning supplies with me, again, not know what to expect, and I didn't have to "reclean" anything when we got into the room. Great view of the ocean! Def not close to the boardwalk but that was totally OK for us. There is an ACME across the street which was great bc we didn't have to bring groceries with us. We only stayed for a short time so we didn't really use the plates, utlensils etc, but again everything was clean and I would have had no problem using them. I can't wait to rebook. The place was great for kids as well. The kidding pool, arcade, movie theater and playground will def keep your kids busy. I also liked the indoor pool in case you don't have great weather during your stay. At night we were able to hang out on the deck while our daughter slept a few feet away. It was great to have the balcony so we didn't all have to go to bed when she did :) I do recommend the Sea Watch if you aren't dead set on being close to boardwalk. It was only about a 10-15 min drive anyway.
