Welcome to 'Villa Bonita' located approx. 5 Min. to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. Paradise is waiting for your truly unforgettable vacation in paradise. This private home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and is conveniently located within minutes of Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, shopping, golfing and restaurants. The large airy, sunny and very private Lanai opens onto a tropical garden of Palm Trees, Outdoor TV sitting area, Free WI-FI and offers a electric heated pool. The Master bedroom has a King Bed, with a TV and on suite Bath room with large walk-in shower. There is a Queen size bedroom with a TV on other side of the home and the other bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Our kitchen is fully equipped to prepare anything from an intimate dinner to Thanksgiving for the family! We welcome you as our guests.

Great family spot

We enjoyed our stay here. Property is a 5 mins drive to the beach, close to nearby shops and attractions. Kids especially enjoyed the pool. We had a great time !

The pool was absolutely amazing, the owners thought of all the little things. Everything was extremely clean, very close to the Bonita Beaches. We were extremely pleased and would rent the same house again!

Villa Bonita

We absolutely love this property! We stayed here for 2 weeks in the spring and when we decided to go back in September we knew it had to be this house. Perfect location, everything you need is on site and of course the pool is amazing!

Perfect Thanksgiving

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to host a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The location is perfect as it is literally close to everything from grocery to shopping to all of the beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay again next time we’re heading that way!!

Quiet and Beautiful

The stay was so nice. Everything we needed was there and the kids loved the pool. The beach nearby was beautiful and we had all the amenities close by. Loved the open living room and all the space for the kids to spread out. Would recommend to others staying in the area.

Villa Bonita

This is a delightful property for families. We loved the location, near shopping and the beach. My granddaughter "lived" in the pool. The property manager, Caroline Dunn, was very responsive and helpful. I am hoping to return in the near future.

Best of both worlds- private pool and nearby beach

Comfortable home with private pool and backyard oasis while only 5 minutes to the beach. Better than any resort! This home had all the conveniences of home with its own private family gathering area! Our family really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor sitting area. We would love to return for another week hopefully soon! Thank you!

Bonita Springs Spectacular

We had an excellent experience at this home. The home was super clean, came as advertised. It had many amenities and kitchen was well equipped. The pool and bbq were very clean. We enjoyed the place and Caroline, the host, got back to us quickly on a few questions that we had.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. House was clean and ready with all that we needed. Pool was clean the water temperature was perfect! We did have the hot water heat fail, but communication was quick and the problem was fixed quickly even over Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time and looking forward to getting back soon!

Very sweet home.

My son is in a wheelchair, anf the house was very accommodatingthe master shower worked great and the spce around furniture was very handy. The pool is nicely maintained and the outdoor furniture was comfortable. The kitchen is overstocked with anything you could possible need during your stay.

Great location

We really enjoyed this property. My children enjoyed swimming in the pool each day. The house is less than a 5 minute drive to Barefoot Beach but is also very close to shopping; mini golf, and restaurants. The home had everything we needed for the week, including chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, but with this great of a location we ate out most nights.

Wonderful Experience

Villa Bonita is a beautiful house. The house is tastefully decorated and the grounds meticulously maintained. The location is excellent. It is just a couple blocks off of Bonita Springs Drive. It is Just minutes from beaches (we went to three), shopping and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the large lanai and screened pool area. It is quiet and very private. Caroline (property manager) was an excellent host and was only a call or text message away if needed. It was a wonderful getaway that I would highly recommend for couples or small families.

Perfection!!

Photos don't do this home justice - it's beautiful! Spacious and very clean. When we weren't at the beaches (all are close), the kids lived in the pool. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella were a great bonus. Shopping is literally seconds away. Honestly one of the best vacations we've ever had!! P.S. Thank you for the bottle of wine - that was so thoughtful!

Perfect in every way

We had been very impressed with the pictures when we selected the home. On arrival it was even more beautiful than the pictures suggested. The living room had wonderful recliners, just right for watching the large television. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, comfortable seating and access to the lanai. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean as well as having plenty of towels available. We enjoyed the pool and sat out each evening. We also appreciated the location with the beach 5 minutes away and many restaurants close by. We hope to return to this perfect getaway.
