The house is wonderful, and you will spend much of your vacation on our 2100 square feet of porches and decks, listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze.

Notes on the listing. There are no large parties (rehearsal dinners, wedding events, late night events) on the property. If you are planning on any events larger then the size of the rental party you must get it approved from us in writing first. Pets are generally not allowed unless agreed upon up front. There is a $250 per pet fee only if approved. July and August are 5 night rentals
