This studio which is at the top floor of a XX century building with elevator is located between the oberkampf district and the delightful canal saint Martin with the convenience of 5 metro lines at walking distance ( 3,5,8,9 and 11 ). It offers a wonderful skyline view and all the amenities for a comfortable stay . Around the corner you will find the popincourt market which is a very active open air market open every tuesday and friday mornings. several bakers and an amazing collection of restaurants and cafes nearby.
The studio consists of a main room with a table for 2, a very comfortable quality hotel queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a closet . a separate kitchen with a microwave oven, stove and fridge and a bathroom with a basin, a large shower, a toilet and a washer.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV, quality linens and towels.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 12pm and after 9pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 10am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 12pm.

Fantastic neighborhood - walking distance to a number of metro lines as well as the canal. Vibrant area, great tiny apartment built for one or two, top floor of a safe building with elevator. Minimal in size but lots of amenities. Owner was very kind and quick with communication. We had a lovely stay even in the heat of summer.

Very centrally located. Close to Place de la République and metro stations. Bars, restaurants. Close proximity to the canal, nice walk. The owner, Olivier, was excellent to deal with! Highly recommend staying there!

Great stay in Paris

The location was very convinient with only a short walk to the Republiqué metro station that connects in all directions and many nice restaurants, bakeries and shops also within walking distance. The appartment had all the nessesary amenities and everything was very new and clean. We only stayed for three nights, but would also book here again, if we were to stay in Paris for longer!

The studio was cozy and perfect for 1-2 people. The wifi worked really well and the location was great. Lots of restaurants nearby and less than a 10 minute walk from 3 metro stations. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with to arrange check-in. It was nice being on the top floor, and the laundry worked well too.

Die Lage ist sehr gut; Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, man ist schnell bei zwei Metrostationen. Das Haus ist ruhig, die Küche funktional, sehr gutes Bett. Für zwei Personen ein angehmer Aufenthalt. Als Anregung: für nicht-französisch-sprechende Gäste wäre die Aufnahme des ein oder anderen fremsprachlichen Fernsehsenders eine gute Ergänzung.
