Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Turn off all lights • Ensure the stove, coffee maker & oven are completely off • LEAVE THE GATE FOB ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER
• Close the door firmly. • Pull the door toward you and press the lock button on the smart lock simultaneously to ensure it locks properly.
• Place the common area key back into the lockbox outside. • Scramble the code on the lockbox after closing it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• Gate Fob must be left on the kitchen counter at checkout. • Common Area Keys must be returned to the lockbox and the code scrambled.
• If you are locked out of the building and require assistance, a locksmith fee of $85 will be charged.
No Smoking • If smoking is detected, a $250 deep cleaning fee will be assessed

Nora was awesome, Everything was awesome. Very clean. This is what we needed for our anniversary trip. Check in and check out were fine for us. I will say that the photo you get of the key box is orange with nothing on it. However when you get there, the box is orange but with the room number on it. So dont let that confuse you. It's in walking distance of food places, the beach and Super max for your grocery needs.
