Incredibly cozy and adorable and perfect for a romantic getaway! My husband and I stayed here for our 6th anniversary and had an amazing stay. The apartment is very close walking distance to the downtown area and a short drive to Anastasia Beach. The host, Tim, was highly courteous and handled any questions or concerns very quickly and ensured things were to our liking. We will definitely be returning for future stays.

Cute neighborhood appeal. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops in historical area. Very clean and does well with the shower and bed which are the most important things when traveling. Host very quick to respond with any inquiries. Enjoyed!

Tim was very responsive and helpful when we had a glitch. We were able to bring our small dog and the property and location was perfect for a weeks stay. We walked everywhere. Thank you Tim!

This was the perfect place for a short couples weekend. SUPER convenient location made it easy to walk to downtown and also over to the cute local places on King st. Very clean and cute. We didn't get to enjoy the porch swings as much as I wanted bc of rain, but they're a nice touch with nice weather. Only thing I would note is, the sound from the neighboring unit can carry into the living area a little bit. It absolutely wasn't a big deal, we were mostly out enjoying the town, and everything was quiet by bed time hours and it was always quiet in the bedroom. For a few nights in St. Augustine I would definitely book again!

Enjoyed the stay. Clean. Was missing wash cloths, the shower curtain kept falling down, no trash can in kitchen, upstairs ac is directly outside the bedroom window so light sleepers won't do well (sounds like a helicopter). I pointed these things out after our stay so hopefully some will be fixed (except ac noise). Great location, walked to everything. Even with the small issues it was a very good place. Would still recommend it, price is good.
