Welcome to the Sandy Pelican, your perfect beach retreat. This home has been owned by our family since 1947 and reimagined with custom craftsmanship in almost every corner! Blending classic coastal charm with tasteful modern upgrades, this home offers the ideal setting for family vacations, relaxing getaways, or fun-filled beach weeks!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the shower of the primary bathroom
Please throw away trash into the trash bin outside. Located near the fence gate on the right side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests that smoke inside the home or violate the pet policy, may result in a $350 charge for each violation for extensive cleaning.
Quiet hours will be from 9pm – 7am on weekdays and 11pm-7am on weekends. Please be mindful of your neighbors.

Wow! What an amazing house! I highly recommend anyone who wants to take a vacation to stay at this place. The house is very modern, super clean, and well maintained. The backyard is an oasis a truly relaxed and spa environment. The beds are very comfortable.The beach is super close only few steps away. I can’t talk about the house without talking about the management. Justin was above and beyond accommodating all our needs. He was very prompted responding to our messages. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK! They deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you for an amazing vacation and to allow us stay there. We have made amazing memories. Now we have found our favorite spot in Cocoa Beach.May the Lord continue blessing you! Our kids were upset because we were leaving but soon we will be back.

I love to hike, read, and spend time with friends and family. I love being a host because I get to give future guests a wonderful home to make memories in with their own friends and/or family. Enjoying new places and experiences are what makes life worth living!

Why they chose this property

I love that the beach is across the street from the home. Only about 100 steps! I also love how close it is to downtown Cocoa Beach and the environment there. Also, no matter where you may be, you can almost always get a good view of a NASA or SpaceX rocket launch!

What makes this property unique

This property has been in our family since 1947 and we went through a complete remodel that took over 3 years to complete. Everything is brand new! We renovated the pool and built the entire summer kitchen that includes the second full bathroom. There are countless things that are custom made including the welcome bench, the mirror borders, the kitchen/dining table, all of the shiplap, etc. We also wanted to include a speaker system that guests can connect to that makes our home a paradise to relax in.
