Rhumb on Inn!

What could be a better way to spend time with family than during a relaxing beach vacation! We are new to the Wells market but are experienced hosts. For reviews of our other property, check out Home Away property # 4699278

Pamper you and your family in this beautiful 4 bedroom home with stunning ocean views. Steps away from the ocean and right on the Rachel Carson estuary, you are right in the middle of all the vacation activities while still having your own piece of solitude to unwind on your vacation.

Windows abound on the second floor main living area, you will have spectacular views while preparing your lobster dinner in the gourmet kitchen or sitting down in the dining room to enjoy it. In house chef dinner is also available upon request (availability dependent) Head to the living room with beautiful cathedral ceilings and more than 180 degree views of the marsh and Atlantic.

Four bedrooms will comfortably sleep 12 people - enough for two families to create and share a annual experience for years to come. The first floor has a master suite with king bed as well as a nicely appointed queen bedroom. There is also an awesome children's bedroom that has a double/twin bunk configuration with a trundle.

Perfect week in Wells!

We had the best time at the Rhumb on Inn! It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Close walk to the beach and Wells Beach Lobster Pound, perfect place for morning walks and runs, and such beautiful views from the house!

Thank you for staying with us Noelle. We are sorry that the instructions were not as clear as you would like. We will look into conspicuously posting them on a wall. This would be in addition sending them via email, in our digital information book that was provided via a link in our welcome email AND large QR code posted in the main living room. As a backup, we also listed the information in the large physical guest information book that was left open on the coffee table. Our assumption that you likely half read the instructions because you and your friends "half followed" what was asked of you including parking all over the lawn, putting some of the trash in the outside bins but leaving all the empty alcohol bottles in the house, closing some of the doors, and deciding when you thought it appropriate to smoke in the house. While we appreciate your suggestion to make the instructions more obvious it is not clear from your behavior that providing a 5th option would be any more effective.

Great beach access

The property was spacious and less than a 10 minute walk to beach access. We had 7-10 people staying on any given night and there was plenty of space. Plenty of storage, options to cook and rooms to stay in. Second floor deck with a view of the marsh and the ocean were amazing.

Friend reunion

We stayed here for an annual reunion of dear friends. The house is lovely, and the views across the bird sanctuary are spectacular. We walked to Wells Beach from the house- about a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed lounging together in the living room and enjoying the view.

Gorgeous views!

This home has amazing views of Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. Super quiet, you can watch the sunrise on the front deck, and the sunset on the back patio. Close to Ogunquit beaches. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property

What an amazing stay for a long weekend. Beautiful views, clean, quiet, short walk to the beach, and especially well equipped. The location is perfect for a short drive to Kennebunkport, Moody, and Ogunquit. The house itself is amazing, plenty of space inside and out. The host was fantastic. I highly recommend!

Great Spot

Owners were very communicative. The house is great and has everything you need. There are 4 bikes, 5 chairs, a beach cart, toys, etc. Beach was a about a ten min walk and you can see the ocean from the deck. Coffee, ice cream, pastry shops all are within a 15 min walk from the house. One con the upstairs loft opens to the living room essentially shutting down that area when everyone goes to bed. Great spot though. Would love to come back.

Annual Girls Weekend
