4 Bedroom Villa with Large Private Pool

Welcome to Villa Phorrent, our family home situated in a small road amongst the olive trees.
Villa Phorrent has 4 bedrooms, 2 x WC, wash basin and walk in shower rooms, and an open plan kitchen , lounge, dining room.

We have 2 double bedrooms and two twin rooms sleeping 8 people comfortably. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes as well as drawers for clothes storage, and are all equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms can all access the internet.

We also have a put up camp bed and 2 baby travel cots if you have 9 people or babys in your party.

The kitchen has all of the modern conveniances that you would find at home, a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven , microwave oven, air fryer, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, and cool water dispenser. The kitchen has a full range of cutlery, glasses, utensils and crockery. We find that there is nothing worse than going on holiday and there are only just enough cups, plates, glasses and knives and forks, so we have provided enough to eat without worrying about doing the washing up first !

The lounge area has a 3 piece suite , smart tv ( with English TV channels, video on demand and TV series ) , FREE internet , a bose iplayer, CD player with a selection of CD's, DVD player with a selection of DVD's. There are also lots of books which ourselves and previous guests have left for others to read,

There several large fans to help keep cool if it gets too hot. There are also a couple of gas fires for any chilly evenings at the beginning or end of the season.

Outside we have a shaded balcony which is a must for the hot summer months. Located on the balcony are tables and chairs to seat 10 people for outside dining.

There is a full sized pool table with cues for some friendly family competition.
There are also a selection of inflatable toys for the swimming pool.

You can lounge on the outside shaded bench swing or read a book on the sun loungers.

There is a brick built BBQ with the accompanying BBQ tools for home made kebabs or BBQ sea bass

Completing the outside space is your own 12m x 5m swimming pool. This has access vis some steps with a railing , or by the traditional pool ladders.
This makes access easy for both older people and young children.
The steps are in the shallow end of the pool.

Villa Phorrent was built in 2002 for our family and is located in an olive grove approximately 100m from the main coast road. The villa faces the sea and has the Besparmak mountains behind to provide some cool breeze during the evenings. It is located close to the local shops, restaurants .

We have tried to provide all the home comforts possible as this is our second home and we also like to enjoy ourselves and relax when we are in Cyprus. The garden is mature and we have grapes, figs, lemons available to pick depending on the season,as well as an abundance of fragrant flowers and bushes. The villa is located outside Catalkoy village and approximately 5km from Kyrenia harbour and town centre.
