This was the perfect place for our ladies and littles fall weekend. The Hosts were very responsive and helpful, the house is beautiful with large rooms, comfortable beds, and a fantastic large kitchen table, perfect for group meals or family game night. It’s a really good location, with an easy walk to the beach and shops. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family! We traveled with 10 adults and 3 children under 5 for a family wedding. It was spacious comfortable and very clean. Pam and Mike thought of everything. They had a high chair, pack and play and even some books and games for the kids. The extra large kitchen table was an added bonus! I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this vrbo while we were in York, ME, for a wedding. The house was spotless, very comfortable and welcoming, well equipped with everything you might need for a happy and full vacation at the beach. This is our 4th year staying at the property. Pamela and Mike are amazing hosts. The house is walking distance to the shops and short sands beach. The house has everything you need to cook and go to the beaches.

We had a great stay at Mike and Pam’s place. We celebrated my mother in laws birthday weekend, we had group of 11 including 5 kids ages 6 mos-7 yrs. Plenty of room for all, everything was clean and organized. Even the garage was spotless! It was a short walk to short sands beach, the kids enjoyed the playground at the beach immensely. We enjoyed a mid day break in the backyard with the grill and some cornhole. Would definitely stay again sometime!

What a wonderful time we had at 52B Main St where we celebrated our annual family Christmas event! The accommodations here are so warm/welcoming and the open space concept allows for our large group to gather. There's much to enjoy right onsite (indoor/outdoor games, ping pong, biking) and the property is just a short walk to Short Sands Beach! Pam & Mike are incredibly gracious hosts and we've all felt very grateful to be able to continue our annual family tradition here!

This condo was perfect for our Mother/Daughter weekend getaway. It’s clean, was very roomy for us 6 adults,had everything we needed, and a very short walk to Short sands. We've been staying here for many years and we love the space, walkability to Short Sands beach and York in general. Our family of 5, plus 2 other families stay and we feel like we have a lot of room. We even used the firepit this year.
