Nice location. Comfortable home. Clean. Disappointed that they only provided 2 washcloths and when more were requested, the property manager never provided more.

Value for money for a great location, for families, with everything you need for stay in Kangaroo Island. It was the little things we appreciated when away from home at a beach location, having a supply of washing powder already there was fab. Communication was great, booking process etc, would have liked some instructions for using the TV though.
Lovely spot, big back lawn for children to play on but was not mowed unfortunately. Comfortable house, didn’t look much on outside but was surprisingly good inside. Great for large family group with little children.
Terrific location opposite beach , comfortable walk to town/shops. Very comfortable home, extremely well equipped kitchen, ample parking and security. Excellent property management and very accurate description. Good value and ideal for family or two couples travelling and wanting to explore all that is available on Kangaroo Island
House is very well equipped with a large living area overlooking the bay. lots of space and good cooking facilities .Disappointingly the BBQ was rusted out and not able to be used.
The house is beautifully decorated and generously furnished. Great views and a walk up the road to the pub and shops. Enough seating space for everyone. 1 bath towel per person was adequate- it would have been nice to have 2 each, for a stay of 6 nights. We enjoyed using the kitchen- a nice house to relax into in the evening. We had a couple of queries and a prompt response from the property manager was reassuring. Would recommend this property.
Lovely house in a very nice location. Well stocked house with everything you need. The outside lighting at the back does need fixing/replacing as it wasn't working. Sink tap in bathroom dripping. Also not able to get good reception with TV in the lounge room and very limited channels (although for a week this was not a real issue). TV in bedroom had no signal at all.
Baywater is well located with lovely views over the ocean, spacious, well equipped & perfect for our stay! Bed was comfortable, shower hot & loungeroom super comfortable to relax after a busy day exploring! So close to coffee shop in the morning, dining out at night & everything you need for a meal at home.

Good For the Price But Needs Work
The view from the property was lovely and the walkway along the beach good. Cleanliness was very good although the property is old and needs some maintenance. Kitchen was well equipped. There was mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and the vinyl floors needed a wash. There was a really bad smell outside the back door like dead fish.
We really enjoyed our stay. It's big! (for holiday accommodation)
We had everything we needed and it would be great for a family too.

Great location to explore the island, the beds were too hard for our liking but the rest was great
Kangaroo Is is a beautiful destination, Emu Bay has beautiful beaches just 15min from accommodation. Recommend the fishing charter with Sean (Emu Bay Fishing Charter).
House location is great as a base to explore the island and close to amenities. Pleasant house with all you need but the beds were hard.

A great base for a KI holiday
This home is in a gorgeous location, walking distance to town, fabulous view, and very well appointed. However, we holidayed in winter, and when we arrived the house was icy, and took quite a while to warm up. We would have appreciated the heater being on for a while to welcome us. It would be a superb location for a summer holiday.
