This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in the sunbelt area of the Monterey Peninsula. It is centrally located near all of the world renowned tourist destinations the area has to offer, including the Laguna Seca Raceway, Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Valley wineries and Pebble Beach. Big Sur is just 45 minutes south along the beautiful Highway 1 coastline.

After a day of exploring the Peninsula come to a home where you can put your feet up and create memories with your family and friends!

This home comfortably accommodates six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full-size bed. The kitchen/dining room has an open concept with French doors that open to a patio area that is perfect to enjoy an evening cocktail and outdoor dining. The Monterey Airport, groceries, fuel and restaurants are minutes away.

We have lived in this home for the past 27 years and have raised our kids here. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The home is close to everything the Peninsula offers. Please check out our welcome book for our recommendations on local restaurants and activities you might enjoy.
This is not a full time rental, it is our home. We rent the home out when we are traveling and enjoying our new retirement lifestyle. We are excited to share our home with you!
