The host Anne was helpful in all that was around being it was the week after a lot of places shut down for the season. The morning sunrises over the pond were enjoyed. Time wise you could get to the most eastern part of the US in just a little more time than to get to Acadia National Park so location was good. Definitely would stay again, just plan before Columbus Day so everything Is open.

Thanks so much Rich and Jess for choosing Tugwassa and especially for leaving it so nicely to help me. I wish the weather had cooperated better for your short stay, but hopefully you got enough of a taste fir the area and will come back.

The cabin was very charming. The lake that the cabin is on is very beautiful and peaceful. My family enjoyed kayaking throughout our stay. The location is perfect for exploring both the Schoodic Peninsula and Mt Desert Island.
