Close to world class Trout fishing, wild ponies and numerous state and national parks as well as 1 hour from Bristol Motor Speedway. Amazing hiking and ATV trails nearby!

This completely remodeled farmhouse is tucked away in the mountains with 13 acres of peace and privacy! Inside; this home features over 4,600 square feet, a gourmet kitchen w/gas range, high ceilings, numerous updates, ample storage, and so much more! Outside; this property features a fully stocked LARGE POND, fruit trees, beautiful MOUNTAIN VIEWS, and abundant WILDLIFE! Conveniently located near the Mt Rogers National Recreation Area, there are so many possibilities with this property... a wedding venue, a hunter's paradise, you name it! Great place to let the kids grab a fishing pole and relax!

Host is exceptionally nice and very good with communication! He was open to any suggestions we had to offer, even though we really didn't have any suggestions. He also was very responsive with any questions before our stay. This property offered exactly what we were looking for, relaxation! We caught brim and bass on our stay! We had fun staying in and cooking, relaxing in the hot tub and jetted inside tubs, and spending time with family. We loved the fruit trees, especially the pear tree. The location is out in the country, and we like it that way. Lots of parking space and many rooms to choose from in the house. A great place to bring fourwheelers as well since it is country back roads. (Chrck VA laws and regulations). Not far from Doe Mountain (about 1 hour) as well.We also played pool and just rested and took in some views. We got to see some deer but unfortunately never did get to see the bear that likes to swim in the pond. Very beautiful place to kick back and relax. The house is beautiful. Could not have asked for a better host, the home is newer to Vrbo but don't let that throw you off, we couldn't have asked for better. My teenage sister forgot her makeup bag and the host was nice enough to ship it to my mom. (THANK YOU)! We had ages from 5-70 with us and everyone throughly enjoyed the trip! Very clean as well. This is definitely a property we will visit again and we definitely recommend!!
