Make yourself at home in this very sweet 3-bedroom cottage in Hall Quarry. Just a short drive to the popular village of Southwest Harbor as well as many other sights that Mount Desert Island has to offer, including swimming and kayaking on nearby Echo Lake. The space features one queen bed and two full beds, perfect for families or groups. Enjoy a tranquil atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this gorgeous retreat offers a terrific base. Feel free to reach out to us– we’re happy to suggest local spots to check out.
FIRST FLOOR: Step through the front door into a lovely, furnished, enclosed sunporch that opens to a beautifully updated eat-in Kitchen with a table for four to six. Small laundry room with washer and dryer. Living Room with TV, VCR, DVD offers views of the garden and picnic area. Primary Bedroom with Queen bed. Bathroom with combined tub and shower.
SECOND FLOOR: Two Bedrooms, each with a Double bed and both with treetop peeks of Somes Sound. Please note that this is an older home, and the stairs to the second floor are a bit steep and narrow. *Window a/c units in the upstairs bedrooms, coming in 2027.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Enclosed porch and new back deck for spending quiet moments indoors or outdoors, with a pleasant yard with picnic table and fire pit for outdoor enjoyment. Two chairs and a small table facing the peak of water view (Somes Sound).
