Perfect cozy place for us to stay while exploring the Colorado National Monument. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, great place for a 1 year old, super clean and great location. Would definitely stay again.
All check in info was provided well ahead of time. Property was as advertised and worked out great for what we needed.

Great family stay!!
So very happy with our stay! Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable with plenty of space. Loved having a garage to put our vehicle in too. 100% recommend!
Great for short getaways, and located near many outdoor activities. Quiet, comfortable and spacious with a lot of attention to small details to make you feel welcome. Overall this was a great place to stay.
This was a great place to stay. There was plenty of room for all of us. The owner was prompt with communication and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
We were in town for a swim meet at Colorado Mesa University. House was 10 min from the pool and 7 min from the East entrance to Colorado National Monument and lots of trails. Neighborhood was safe and convenient. House had everything we needed for a weekend trip.

Great value, clean and responsive
We needed a place nearby our daughter. This place was very clean and well kept. We had one minor issue and the host was very responsive and resolved it immediately.I recommend it!
Pleasant stay in a nice neighborhood. Really liked the "Dinosaur" room for kids and the "Dinosaur" footstool in the living room for the adults. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and utensils. Only draw back was the dishwasher did not work.
Clean and well maintained. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing views. Safe and secure area so no need to worry. All stated supplies were well stocked and everything was in working order. My dog loved the enclosed outside area. I would highly recommend for your next stay in Grand Junction.

The unit needs to be cleaner, TV was too hard to work with app usage se not Broncos. The unit had just about anything you could need in terms of cooking utinsils.
We stayed at the property while visiting family. It is located on the west side of GJ and close to restaurants, activities, and highway access. It is a very well appointed townhome with everything we needed. The surroundings are not updated and new but it has the comfy feel of a rustic cabin getaway.

Quiet and comfy
My friend and I were coming to town for a convention and the block reservations at the hotel were used up. Scouted out places and this seemed the best fit. It turned out better than we’d hoped. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. My favorite thing was sitting out on the lower deck in the sun, just relaxing in private in the sunshine and listening to a bird calls. Recommend you try it!

Location was fine. Internet didn't work. No AC vents in bedrooms but they did have fans. The only vent was in the hallway upstairs and did not cool the bedrooms enough with the doors closed. There were only 5 bath towels but the house advertises it will hold 8 guests. There was only one hand towel for each bathroom and no wash clothes. We only slept there so was Ok for our needs. The beds were comfortable.
First off, it was easy to deal with this host and extremely accommodating. We did not ask for anything special but the house was stocked with everything you could need especially if you have kids. My son immediately wanted the dinosaur room. The house was very clean and perfect for our needs. The one drawback is me being accustomed to air conditioning. The house has a swamp cooler and it works fine but the Grand Junction heat is killer for me. Location is close to everything and if you have kids there is an arcade, mini golf, go-kart track, and bumper boats place very close by. Main street is close. We went for peach picking and it is a super fast drive for that. I am very pleased with this stay
We stayed over Thanksgiving since my parents live in a small apartment now that they are elderly and my sister's can’t accommodate us.
I would say this property is mixed. First the good things: It's central to things, dog friendly, good trails nearby to walk on, good shower amenities, nice to have a garage. The Keurig coffee was nice. There were plenty of utensils and plates. The patio was semi fenced ( but had a large opening so your dog needs supervision / leashed out there or they could leave).
Unfortunately? The cleanliness was subpar. Sheets didn’t smell clean and one bed didn't appear to have been laundered. The house was dusty and kind of dirty. The coffee shelf was so dusty you could right your name in the dust, and we had to clean the cups and shelf before we felt ok about using the cups. We had to clean several cobwebs from around the house, including lots of spiderwebs in the living room and bedrooms. We had to pick up a couple of dead roaches next to the refrigerator.
The kitchen was missing some basic things like a wine opener, a spatula, and coffee filters. The property is dated and the carpets need cleaning. ( our socks were dirty from walking around on the carpet)
If the cleaning crew were my employees they would have been fired. ( and I am not a crazy OCD person, just like things clean)
I wouldn't stay again with the property management company.
