Great summer rental on the coast of Maine

Our family had a great vacation staying at this property. The property was in a very quiet small wooded neighborhood and was still very close to Acadia National park. We were able to choose between heading to the park and nearby activities, or staying right there and playing with our 3-year old on the beach. We saw loons and swear we heard a porpoise right off the shore of the property! As a bonus, the owners gave us lots of great suggestions on local restaurants and groceries and even went out of their way to leave out some children's books for our daughter.

As a proud Maine resident and having grown up on Mount Desert Island we are pleased to be able to share this amazing spot with hundreds of feet of some of the best beach on the point! This is a family property since the 50's with amazing access to Acadia and points east, you will love staying here.

Why they chose this property

You can enjoy your privacy at Bayside, but yet venture out to Bar Harbor and other great destinations in Acadia and Mount Desert Island is only ten minutes away. You may never want to leave once you settle in.

What makes this property unique

The days on the beach are incredible with some of the best sand on the bay. As you roll into evening for the sunset you realize that you have made a decision that will have you coming back year after year.
