Josepha was a wonderful host, and we loved our stay in her clean, bright, quiet, and spacious apartment. The 4th-floor walk-up wasn’t an issue for us, but may not suit those with mobility concerns. The 11th is a fantastic neighbourhood, with great restaurants, bars, boulangeries, and a Metro station within a 7-minute walk. We loved being away from the tourist crowds while still being close enough to easily explore Paris. We’d happily stay again!.

Lovely old Haussmann style apartment block. The apartment is perfectly formed and comfortable. Communication was excellent and check in went very smoothly. The apartment is perfectly situated not far from Ledru Rollin metro and a bit further from Bastille Metro. Plenty of quality restaurants and highly recommended the “ Baron Rouge” wine bar nearby for excellent wine selection and value… be aware that if you have mobility issues the apartment block does not have an elevator and the steps are narrow in places…

This was a lovely apartment which was exactly as described. Very clean and all amenities were provided. The location was quiet and easily accessible for seeing Paris. The lady that met us and let us into the apartment was delightful! Highly recommended.

Great place!

This apartment fit the needs of our family of 3 perfectly. Close the metro stop and restaurants and the hosts were extremely responsive. The apartment definitely gave us the Parisian feel. Would stay again.

Charming and quiet getaway

The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. We felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a couple simple meals here. The neighborhood was not touristy at all.

Josepha’s appartement was a wonderful place to stay in Paris for our group of three. Everything you need is here. The area is great with so many restaurants, bars and boulangeries. Josepha welcomed us and was very accommodating with our requests. Merci Josepha, we hope to visit again!

Nice place in nice area

Josepha was a great host! I planned to arrive early and she was very accommodating. It was tough getting up to the 4th floor, but the place was very well kept and homey. The location was easy to access several Metro lines and I would be happy to stay here again.

A traditional Parisian apartment in an excellent location. Lots of restaurants and bakeries in walking distance. Was met by Josepha to check in. Close to metro stops. Sofa bed comfortable but noisy when moving in bed. Good shower. Kitchen small but adequate for a few days.Only negative was towels smelt of cigarette smoke and only one set of keys which was limiting for 4 of us at times.Note there are 4 flights of stairs to the apartment which may be difficult for some people with luggage.Would stay again if back in Paris.

Wonderful Experience

Needed an apartment for a week while meeting with friends. This fit the criteria perfectly. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and checked with us to see if we needed anything additional. Highly recommend it if you’re spending time in Paris.

Perfect Paris stay

I travelled with my family of 4 to Paris, 2 adults and 2 teenage boys 15 and 13. Emmanuel’s apartment is in a quiet safe neighborhood easy to find the metro and all places needed for a 5 night stay in Paris. The apartment is lovely and is the quintessential Parisian apartment; spiral staircase to the apartment floor, large windows for wonderful breezes that cross through the apartment beautiful views of the gardens below. We stayed during July open windows are the best for a cool night breeze. It was a perfect place for us to return to after a full day of site seeing. I recommend and will stay here again.

Felt like a real Parisian for a week!

We loved this little apartment! It's a great neighborhood (the 11th) which isn't super touristy but is filled with good stores, restaurants, boulangeries, cheese shops, and so on. We walked almost everywhere including to the Marais and the Left Bank, but it was also a quick walk to the Metro. The apartment itself was perfect for 2 people, lots of light and air, a little kitchen (which we hardly used but had everything we would have needed if we had cooked anything), a great living/dining room for hanging out. We didn't even mind the 4th-floor walkup because it made us feel very French. We would definitely stay here again.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung
