The beautiful spacious furnished carriage house, Rockbilt Loft, will ensure your stay to be comfortable and private while it provides exceptional, expansive views of Frenchman's Bay, Porcupine Islands, the Schoodic Peninsula and Atlantic Ocean.

The privately accessed entry, from the parking area, opens to an art filled staircase leading you to the second-floor apartment. The combined living, dining and kitchen area has two walls of windows with outstanding elevated water views.

The kitchen breakfast bar provides seating for two and there is a marble top dining table with seating for four overlooking the spectacular views. The living area is spacious with a two person pull-out couch, additional loveseat unique Clock coffee table, a vaulted ceiling, and a 50" LED smart TV with unlimited channel and AI access.

The bedroom has a wall of windows, a king Bed with 1000 count Egyption sheets and Ralph Lauren pillows and comforters. There are two large closets, a desk secretary and a comfortable couch looking towards the incomparable views. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR SPACES: New private deck accessed through new sliding glass door from apartment Living area. New covered outdoor patio surrounded by gardens including a pergola in a rose garden overlooking Frenchmen's Bay with gas grill, and outdoor seating with table and lounge chairs, all exclusively dedicated the the Rockbilt Loft.
Located in a quiet neighborhood you will find the owners private trail through the woods to its famous staircase which will take you to the ocean shore. The owners Great Grandmother Charlotte Walton designed the staircase to incorporate benches and seating and a huge deck at the waters edge.

Just minutes car ride to the Acadia National Park entrance and downtown Bar Harbor.

Convenient walking distance to the little quaint village of Hulls Cove with shops, cottages and restaurants. The Salt Cottages Hotel located in Hulls Cove was just voted by Travel and Leisure to be among top hotels in the world highlighted for its location and access to Hulls Cove, Acadia and incredible views. The restaurant Picnic is open to the public, as is the highly rated Chart Room restaurant and bar.
