Comfortable, clean , well stocked and spacious. The bathroom was great, had a ton of counter and drawer space in both bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you could ever need for cooking, very well stocked. Very peaceful neighborhood, and the night skies were amazing. We were there to rest and relax and we felt right at home. The owners were more than accommodating and responded quickly to any of our questions. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!
This home was perfect for our family of four on our spring ski vacation! Well equipped, comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay here! We have a family of 6 with 4 grown kiddos & there was plenty of room & space. The beds were comfy, the couch was large enough for everyone to hang out & the dining room table was perfect for games & eating. It was so clean & felt homey. One of the best things was the view. It was hard to leave!
Great house in a peaceful setting with amazing views.
We had a nice weekend stay here. The house is in perfect order with everything you need. It’s a quick trip down to town, but we enjoyed the retreat up the hill for the quiet evenings.
This house is nice and comfortable and served our family well. It was well equipped and included some supplies like soap and detergent, paper towels and toilet paper which was very nice to not have to run to the store for our 2 night stay. The house is conveniently located close to town and yet just far enough from downtown to be delightly quiet and located up higher. The house has an absolutely incredible view of the mountains and was the reason we picked the house. The sunset is amazing to watch from the house. We live where it is flat and this was our few days to soak in the views. The problem was that the blinds were broken to a wall of windows to the beautiful view so we were left with some blinds that would not open obstructing the million dollar view- which was incredibly frustrating experience. The binder for the house talked about the motorized blinds being flaky and needing lots of patience, and it turned out some were completely broken. Why is it not a priority to fix or replace them with simple manual, great working blinds. Why did we have to try to monkey with them holding our breath that the blinds would work only to be disappointed. Why not have the best part of the whole house be able to be easily enjoyed by the renters who travel all that way to see mountains. Other than that we had a nice time and it was a very nice home. Hopefully the blinds will be fixed for the next person.
We had such a fantastic weekend here! The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and the views were spectacular. Great birdwatching, too! It was close to town and good hikes, but one day we stayed in and around the house all day because it was so comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again then next time I'm in Salida!
Place was everything it said it was and more. Hosts were great and place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Will definitely be back and recommend the place to friends and family.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bella Vista ... everything about the home and location were exactly what we needed to connect, relax, and recharge.
